Motion Designer (3D)

Responsibilities

• 3D design and animation — Create engaging 3D motion graphics using Cinema 4D or Blender, emphasizing storytelling and visual impact.
• Render engine expertise — Employ advanced render engines like Octane, Redshift, Eevee, and Cycles for producing high-quality visuals and animations.
• Collaborative creation — Actively participate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute 3D projects that align with client objectives and internal projects.
• Support in 2D motion Projects — Assist the team on 2D motion graphics projects, showcasing a solid foundation in After Effects and 2D animation techniques.
• Texturing and lighting — Demonstrate skills in texturing and lighting to enhance the look and appeal of 3D animations.
• Efficient workflow management — Streamline 3D and 2D production processes by creating and utilizing reusable assets, and optimize for fast render times, ensuring an efficient workflow across projects.

• Proficiency in additional 3D and 2D software and tools, expanding our creative capabilities and project diversity.
• Experience in motion tracking and compositing for the seamless integration of 3D elements into live-action footage and enhancing 2D projects.
• Familiarity with VR/AR content creation, exploring new dimensions for immersive project experiences.

• A good grasp of Figma for collaborative design and asset sharing across both 3D and 2D projects.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in both 3D motion design, with significant expertise in Cinema 4D or Blender, and 2D animation, primarily in After Effects.
• Proficient in utilizing render engines such as Octane, Redshift, Eevee, and Cycles for creating visually stunning animations, alongside solid skills in After Effects for 2D projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing to brainstorming and the development of creative projects across 3D and 2D spectrums.
• Skilled in advanced texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques, with an acute eye for detail that significantly enhances the quality of animations.
• Located near the EST time zone with a time difference of 1 to 6 hours.
