Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Creative collaboration — Engage in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team using tools like FigJam to conceptualize dynamic motion graphics.
• Content development — Work closely with video editors to create compelling content for both internal and client projects.
• Template and asset creation — Assist in developing reusable templates and assets that streamline the production process for our team and clients.
• Spec work assistance — Contribute to the creation of spec work that showcases our capabilities to potential clients.
• Asset utilization — Incorporate pre-existing assets and templates to efficiently execute ongoing client projects.

Love to haves

• Proficiency in 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender to bring depth and innovation to our projects.
• Experience in creating motion graphics templates (mogrt files) and Essential Graphics templates for seamless use in After Effects and Premiere Pro, enhancing our video production workflow.

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and ideation.
• Knowledge of cutting-edge software like Unreal Engine, Rive, or Spline, adding a new dimension to our motion design projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Illustrator, with the ability to bring creative ideas to life through motion design.

• Located near the EST time zone with a time difference of 1 to 6 hours.
